getting a little better...

well, this was my first 100 mile week of the year. things are getting a little better with each run. i guess i'm getting used to the blood pressure meds. i'm still running slowly but i'm ok with that. but now i am able to sort of keep up with others now. i still suck on climbs. but i will work on that.
afterall, i better if i want to get ready for the big dance later on...

look forward to better weather and continued better running.

hagg lake 50k next weekend. going to enjoy sloshing around in the mud there. nice to see everybody after winter.

Hey, Tom, good chatting with you, man! You keep plagging along - and I will too - and we WILL get better! 100, wow, you are DA MAN!

100 is awesome! See you at Hagg. I'm working at the start/finish, I think.

I suck on climbs too -- and have no excuse. :-)

I've never had a 100 mile week. I think about 70 is my max. Glad to here you are adjusting to the meds. Have a good muddy time at Hagg. We will be cruising at Lake Stevens 6 hour on a nice bike trail. That will seem odd after all the trail runs we have been on. You need to sign up for Orcus Island next year. It's a great run and weekend.

Oh yeah, haven't seen any pictures for awhile. Did you put your cameras away for the winter?
