gorge run

i was fortunate to be invited to run in the columbia river gorge with olga and gail on sunday. they both have done tons of miles in the gorge. i have only done a handful, mostly one the washington side.

today they brought me to the multnomah falls on the oregon side. i had never been there. the day was good. we ended up doing 20 miles with 5725 ft of gain. i of course can't hike as well as olga and gail but they were kind enough to wait for me so i didn't miss a turn. it was a good day.

Wow, that is a stunning place to run! We may have to make a weekend trip to do that. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Have a good run up a capitol peak! I'll consider getting "inked" with the runner image. If it makes me a multi-millionaire I'll be all over your idea.

What a beautiful area to run! I love the falls. The last time we were there (though it has been a number of years), we saw a black bear cross the road in front of us. :D
